How to take the custom order:
1. Show me the style of hat or fascinator you like from my store and a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like me to know
2. I will send you a photo of the materials we have selected to be used for your hat and tell you the fee you need to pay, then give you a special link to purchase it, once completed, before I ship you the hat, I will show you the custom hat. The hat can be picked up in Rockville, Maryland.
3. Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur.
How to know your size
Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head.
Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. If you are not certain about size, or are between sizes, buy the larger size.

This hat is stunning in person. It arrived beautifully made with details I didn’t even notice in the photos, like the multi‑leveled top and the way each piece is securely tacked down. The craftsmanship is excellent, the seams are hidden perfectly, and the overall quality is outstanding. It’s exactly what I needed for my occasion. There was a small misunderstanding about the color options, and the seller was incredibly quick to respond and address all my concerns. Their communication was fast, kind, and very helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’m truly impressed and so happy with my purchase.
I really liked my hat but once it arrived I felt it was somewhat overpriced relative to other options. The colors were great and I really appreciated being able to coordinate directly on matching my dress! I’d been under the impressions there would be a butterfly, but it seemed we miscommunicated. All around quite nice, might try a different direction next time for cost reasons.

From the start to receipt of my purchased item, Jess did an amazing job in assisting me on short notice! The item itself is beautiful and made of great quality and it looked exactly like the image. I really liked this item. It went nicely with my outfit for the races. I wish the material was a little less transparent, but that is very minor. The matching headband was a great added perk.

This hat is beautiful! The only problem I had was trying to get the brim material to hold it's shape and not to buckle/pocket to achieve a smooth look. I got an immediate reply to my question about shaping (use a steamer) but it didn't help. I added an additional bow/feather/horse adornment from a Judith March belt and wore it to the Kentucky Derby with a little added expression! I got lots of compliments.

The seller was very responsive. She answered any questions I had. The crown of the hat is on the smaller side, but it is meant to be worn tilted. However, the seller offered to adjust it. I always knew I wanted to wear a hat for my wedding, and this was the perfect hat (I attached the veil). Everyone loved it!
I received the hat and the packaging was a big part of the problem with the hat. The crown has several deep creases and the brim has several bent edges. The hat should have been packed in a doughnut shaped box with extra packing to support the crown, the brim and enough packing to prevent the hat from sliding. The hat was delivered in a box on it side. Once again moving about with no support. Please help me to salvage this hat. Thank you Michelle Cotton

This hat is so cute! Very well made as well! I will be wearing it to an upcoming Derby party but also wanted one that I could wear again with other dresses for other similar occasions.
