How to take the custom order:
1. Show me the style of hat or fascinator you like from my store and a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like me to know
2. I will send you a photo of the materials we have selected to be used for your hat and tell you the fee you need to pay, then give you a special link to purchase it, once completed, before I ship you the hat, I will show you the custom hat. The hat can be picked up in Rockville, Maryland.
3. Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur.

Excited to wear this to my first Derby Experience! Like that the hat a adjustable head string, my head is on the smaller side. The colors were correct as per description. The seller responded quickly and provided options for a small addition request. Added a photo of hat in sunlight but that is NOT my Derby attire 😉
This hat is very high quality and exactly as pictured. I received the hat within 2 days of placing my order. I couldn’t believe it! I live in the US in South Carolina, it was like I’d ordered on Amazon Prime. I’m thrilled with the quality and I would absolutely order again! (Pardon the picture as I just threw on my dress to see how well the hat would match. I hadnt done my hair or even made my bed for the day. Regardless, the hat was perfection)

I was looking forward to this hat for my tea bridal shower. My favorite part was the veil. This is NOT the hat pictured. When it is put on the veil is either in the back or other side of original image. The veil is WAY shorter than advertised. Almost $300 down the drain. And it arrived 3 days late! I find the hat to be very fragile and seems like it would break easily so I cannot “shape” the hat to make the veil go to the correct place on my head. It was also smaller than I expected compared to the images. This was way too much money to not get the exact item! False advertisement. Beyond disappointed.
